Wedding Ceremony Music & Details
Please follow the directions below to plan the music for your entire Wedding Ceremony from start to finish!
(Please Note: If you have reserved a Harpist or Vocalist, there is no need to proceed with these directions. They will contact you directly eight weeks prior to your wedding date for a personalized consultation)

1. We will e-mail a Wedding Ceremony planning worksheet to you eight weeks prior to your wedding date.     Save the worksheet document in an appropriate folder on your computer (If needed we could also, mail or fax the     worksheet to you).

2. Complete the worksheet

a. Provide the “logistical” information.

b. Finalize the order of events for your ceremony. Meet with your Officiant (i.e. Priest, Pastor     Judge, etc.) to discuss where music will need to be inserted.

c. Select the Music. Use the tools listed below to complete the song selections on the worksheet.

i. Audio Clips: Wedding Ceremony Suggested Songs

ii. Song List: Go to the Meet the Musicians section of our website, select the      reserved or similar Ensemble, and select the “More Info” button to view their      repertoire listing.

3. Save your work and e-mail the planning worksheet back to us. We will then contact you to confirm the     information. If necessary, we will also have the Ensemble or Bandleader contact you to discuss any further     pertinent details

 

Reception or Event Music & Details
Please follow the directions below to plan the music for your Reception or Event, so that we can bring your vision of this special day to life.
(This would include music for Cocktails, Dinner, Dancing or other Events)

1. We will e-mail a Reception or Event planning worksheet to you eight weeks prior to your event date. Save     the worksheet document in an appropriate folder on your computer (If needed we could also, mail or fax the     worksheet to you).

2. Complete the worksheet.

3. Save your work and e-mail the planning worksheet back to us. We will then contact you to confirm the     information. If necessary, we will also have the Ensemble or Bandleader contact you to discuss any further     pertinent details.
