music for the entire event?
Yes, this is our area of expertise! We have a full
roster of musicians who can provide musical services for ceremonies, cocktail
receptions, dinners and dancing. Actually there are many benefits of using
just one music provider for your entire event including consistency of
professionalism, simplicity of planning and having confidence that your
event will flow smoothly from one segment to the next. Using our extensive
experience, we design custom packages to bring the vision of your event
to life! You would not hire two different florists to provide flowers
for your wedding, nor would you hire one photographer for the first 2
hours of your reception, then another photographer for the last few hours,
so why would you consider to use two different music providers for the

How Can I Hear the Musicians?
Because our musicians perform mostly at private
events (such as weddings, corporate events and private parties) we are
not always at liberty to send you to a live performance; therefore, the
easiest and quickest way to hear our musicians is to listen to the audio
clips we have provided on our website (click
here to go to Meet the Musicians now). Our audio clips are recordings
of the actual musicians, which you can reserve for your event, and are
a reasonable representation of a live performance. In addition to the
samples listed on our website, Elegant Ensembles maintains a current library
of audio and video demos from various soloists, ensembles, bands and dance
orchestras. If you dont find a group that interests you on our website,
then contact our office for further musical options!

How far in advance of my event
should I book my musicians?
To insure the best selection of musicians from our
roster, we recommend booking your reception music at least 9-12 months,
and your ceremony music 7-10 months in advance of your event.

Can we select the music?
Yes! For Wedding Ceremony music, we provide you
with all of the tools you will need to select the songs for your ceremony.
For Reception music, we will put you in contact with the leader of the
band to discuss your music preferences including any special requests.

How do we know the musicians
are professionals?
Elegant Ensembles auditions the musicians on our roster
so that you dont have to. We work with musicians that are not only talented,
but also passionate about performing. In addition, we look for personable,
professional and well-prepared musicians who can deal with the adversity that
comes with performing at live events. We also check references, as well as
consider past experience.

What are the benefits of hiring
Elegant Ensembles, verses dealing directly with musicians?
- As we stated above, we have already auditioned
and interviewed the musicians and musical ensembles so that you dont
have to go through this process.
- We use our knowledge and experience of providing
musicians at thousands of events to make appropriate suggestions for
your particular event. We are music professionals who know what will
and wont work at any given event.
- Should something happen at the last minute to
one of your musicians or ensembles, we have a large roster of musical
options from which we can be sure that your event is provided with music.

How much of a deposit is required?
What forms of payment do you accept?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your musicians.
The remaining balance is due ten days prior to the date of your event.
We accept checks, cash or the following credit cards: Discover, MasterCard
& Visa.
